This individual will join Resilience's global Claims and Incident Management team, reporting to the Head of Claims, North America. The successful candidate will efficiently conduct investigations, negotiations, and oversee the management of cyber and Technology Errors & Omissions claims. They will also evaluate primary and excess coverage, determine coverage, and prepare coverage-related communications.

This exciting opportunity allows you to oversee a group of first- and third-party cyber claims adjusters and manage relationships with outside counsel and vendors. You will provide timely and meaningful claim trend information to underwriters and actuaries, contributing to profitable growth and account retention within a diverse range of industries.
